I would have given this location a zero if I was able to review without a one star rating. This place is disgusting! The guy at the counter was not welcoming at all. No customers present should have been a clear sign, but we were willing to try anyway. The guy takes our order, takes our money, then turns to serve us old fries, so we request fresh fries without salt. He turns and walks away, annoyed at our request. Then starts using his cellphone. A course in customer service and cross contamination would probably be beneficial for the employees. We requested a refund and left. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location! Meal type: Dinner

I frequent a fast food place maybe once every 10-12 days normally Burger King , chic filet , or Wendy’s. I’m sorry to say Burger King used to be my favorite until today worst experience ever !! Fries were not cooked soggy with oil - absolutely disgusting!!! On top of that when I asked a question about app to young black girl in drive through she had an attitude that made me never want to go to a bigger king again between service and poor quality!! Dave yourself trouble and go a block down. Street to Wendy’s !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The cashier seemed more focused on chatting on WhatsApp than helping customers. She appeared uninterested in her job, and the customer service was unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer experience.
