2:00 PM I bought something from this 7-Eleven and the Indian cashier was very rude. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should be polite, but this experience was very disappointing. Because of this, I don’t plan to come back.

I never expect a 711 to ever be in pristine condition. But this one has to be the dirtiest I have ever been in. The bathroom was very dirty. And not from that day. There was no soap and the toilet paper roll was on the floor. Came out and was going to get a slurpee and there were cups all over the floor. The counters were dirty with dirt and not sticky slush. There was a huge line up and only one staff member. The guy behind me in line commented that it was sure busy and I said I think she was working alone. She can only do what she can do. Then another staff member came running out of the back. I can see if they are short staffed and such but it's a corporate place. Reach out for help. Show them photos.
