THIS IS ONLY PLACE IN MARYLAND THAT CHARGES $20/PACK FOR A PACK OF CIGARETTES, via illegal price gouging, no cap, and they do it in the sheistiest way possible. When I first started coming to this location, cigarette prices for Marlboros was about the same as the rest of MD, with discounts, for two packs. After my 5th time coming to this location, they altered the price of their Marlboro Menthol products to a horrifying price-gouging $20/PACK. HOW IT HAPPENS: Initially, to buy two packs, before you enter your phone number to apply discounts the initial price rings up as $41.28 for two packs. It's only after you enter in your phone number for promos that suddenly that $41.28 is overridden by 7-Eleven's own maximum standard pricing of $33.58 for two packs before discounts; an $8 difference in pricing. Apparently 7-Eleven's own app won't apply the discounts over their maximum allowed pricing, and forces the price reduction BUT ONLY IF YOU USE 7-ELEVEN REWARDS DURING PURCHASE. NOWHERE, IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF MARYLAND DOES ANY PACK OF CIGARETTES COST $20. NOWHERE. I should know; I travel the entire state regularly for work. With their "discounts" depending on whether you get shorts or 100's the price can change from $41 to $36 to no lower than $33. Meanwhile, at the 7-Eleven on Bel Pre, the same exact two packs costs $26 with tax and discounts. I can therefore only conclude that the manager at this store manually hiked the price to get as much return on his cigarette inventory as possible by illegal price gouging. My advice? Do not be someone who routinely needs to visit this 7-11; if you buy the same thing every time you do, expect an exhorbitant price hike, esp if the item does not regularly sell. Matter of fact, just avoid this location entirely. Cashiers being friendly doesn't make up for illegally price gouging your customers. Reporting this place to the CFPB & FTC, because they are in some desperate need of legal and regulatory oversight. I don't appreciate being lied to, and I don't appreciate being robbed and taken advantage of. Avoid like the literal plague.

Very RUDE! I don't like writing bad reviews but they babysit me like a child Everytime I come in here!!! it's 7/11 not a hospital! nothing is that serious .
