I just placed an order through Uber delivery, and the driver marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. Unfortunately, this happens frequently. The delivery service is terrible. Drivers often don’t even come to the address. When the maximum delivery time is reached, they simply mark the order as completed. Then you’re left without your food, forced to request a refund, and still go hungry. It’s absolutely unacceptable, and no one provides any explanation.
