Take it or leave it. I'll pass. If you want bland, flavorless, cheap food quality, this is the spot for you. Food: the steamed __fill in the blank___ are all bland. No taste, no salt. To add insult to injury, there isn't any kind of "real" dipping sauce. It's either that powdered yellow mustard stuff, or hot chili paste/oil. You have to ask for vinegar if you want it. Uhm, no thanks. I was expecting like a nice sweet rice wine vingar with onion, or fish sauce, or something. Sticky rice in green leaves. Yuck! Too mushy for me. No salt. BBQ something or other in white puffy dough. Too much white puffy dough, and not enough filling. Shrimp... nah, it tastes like it's past due the expiration date by a week. Pork Ribs.. all bones and hard cartilage. Hardly any "meat" on those bones. Atmosphere: "sticky" and crummy. It's like the whole place needs a shower. I won't be back. I love A & W seafood restaurant so much. The variety of dumplings, the price the menu and location all make this place a big win for me. The one thing I regretted becoming a vegan was never eating at a place like this again My friend and I decided to give this place a shot quite a while ago, so this review is based on my experience from over 2-3 years ago. I remember service being super quick. Not only do you have, mostly ladies pushing the carts to bring you items to choose from but you also have a menu so if something catches your fancy, you can request it. I didn't eat any beef Or pork when I came so my options were limited but still had plenty of items here to choose from We got the Har gow (shrimp dumplings) the rice cakes and a bunch of other stuff. We ordered so much and I remember it being not too expensive and the desserts were top notch. You leave full and happy. The restaurant is kept pretty clean, it gets quite loud but it's because of how constantly packed this place is Honestly, my only gripe is 2 stars down for the times where this becomes available. They only serve dumplings during lunch? Doesn't work for someone who works from morning till night. And is it offered on the weekends? Need to revisit and test it out Btw, I'm not vegan anymore. I'm not even a vegetarian so I'm planning on re-visiting this place with a new pair of eyes and a bigger appetite
