Manager Mahi and Supervisor Zahid Hassan Really Awesome Good guy. And hlpful I'm working airport. I have a plan 30 minite break but albaik sirial very long. Here all staff with good behaivor and fast service manager anad supervisior very hlpful thnaks alabik

I have ordered from them and they said 15 min after 20 min I came they forget my order and I was on hurry. This is really bad you are open at airport your service should be fast. Also, they did not apologise. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m updating my review for this Al Baik branch. While I previously mentioned the great experience with Ozal (who has since moved to another branch), I’m happy to say the high standards have continued under the new supervisor, Zahid Hassan Anies has picked up right where things left off—keeping the place organized, the service fast, and the atmosphere professional. It’s clear that this branch remains in great hands. Thank you, Anies, for the excellent leadership and for maintaining such a positive experience!
