This is a terrible branch of archi and my worst experience with the company. I asked for a modified sandwich because i dont eat dairy. Caprese with no cheese and add avocado. The sandwich was awful. They absolutely drowned it in balsamic. They added the thinnest layer of avocado spread, which should have been more generous given that the sandwich was modified without one of its key components. I feel like i ate spoonfuls of straight balsamic. I feel sick. I told the staff my sandwich was not done well and they did not offer any solutions. I was the only customer. I usually love archi but i am absolutely not coming back to this branch. Worst lunch in jax. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I love the food, their service was good. Cleanliness was fine. And how I was treated like VIP in the store is amazing. Their so good with me. Asking me hows the food is wow for me as if their validating my experience. I love JAX archi now. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 80–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
