Worst service ever here we ordered 3 sausage and cheddars told at the window would be 7 minute wait we said no problem . Sat outfront of store for 17 minutes waiting . They brought arw food out and saw was sausage and eggers. I called the store and got a manager who did not speak good English and could not understand on the phone . She said I’ll put your name in a book . Went to get the replacements today and lady goes well I can’t find your name who did you talk to were you not given a receipt. I said she didn’t say name and no no receipt given as we spoke on the phone . Lady was very rude at the window and snippy when we spoke with her said it’s done . Worst service from this restaurant will not be back . They are never open half the time due to short staffing and when open th staff there is rude and mess up on orders constantly. Been going to this restaurant for 3 years now , I stop by every morning for my caffeine fix on my way to work . I have no complaints towards the regular workers , but the new manager that has taken over this location recently has me wait in drive thru up to 5 min before taking my order when no one else is in line. There is very poor communication to me ( as the customer) if there is a delay . Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
