Service could not have been better, every staff person welcomed us and made sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. We visited Academy Street Bistro for our anniversary and were not disappointed. The Pandemic ruined so many restaurants that they lost the ability to cook. This certainly is not the case with ASB. We ordered pork belly, duck breast, oysters, and a fish special. The chefs created excellent dishes with plays on sweetness and tartness, texture, and looks, executed well - a wonderful experience. Affogato, however, fell short of expectations and was as far away from our affogato in Italy as possible.
