For 22 euros, I came to Rome to not have my food microwaved. The food was microwaved and made it super oily and gross. The cheese slid off from the pizza and it wasn’t evenly heated. It’s disappointing. And she literally put the lasagna in the microwave in front of me I went back to ask if she could fix this problem, but wouldn’t help me and wanted me to buy a new slice. I just left the pizza untouched that I bought and I left. I went down the street to see if the other restaurant that served pizza was different and it was amazing and crispy and heated properly. Caro James , la tua recensione è la prova che non sai che tipologia di pizzeria siamo , perché prima di tutto non siamo un ristorante ma una pizzeria a taglio !! Se avessi letto le recensioni prima di venire , avresti saputo che vendiamo pizza al taglio che viene riscaldata per renderla nuovamente croccante . Proprio perché non siamo un ristorante, la nostra lasagna viene preparata prima e riscaldata . Il tipo di servizio che vuoi tu lo trovi in un ristorante , dove vai ti siedi ordini e ti arriva tutto fumante . Se quel pezzetto di pizza ti è stato incartato piuttosto che messo su un vassoio di argento é perché si pensa che il cliente lo mangia camminando . In più ti avviso che facciamo anche pizze tonde la sera , quindi invece di screditarci potevi informarti!!!
