It’s now been a year since I went to Ad Astra, and I’m still dreaming of this meal—a special mix of classic craft with innovative takes on cross-cultural classics—from deconstructed New York lox and bagels to the Hokkaido uni waffle topped with jamón. Kevin Rose is a true talent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Spectacular, chef Kevin has nailed the whole concept. The food has depth, texture, flavour and absolutely is the freshest you can get. Wine pairings and knowledge from Chloe are perfect and the vibe, ambience and even the music hit all the right notes. If you can, I strongly recommend booking a night of greatness here. Lastly, but most importantly, the staff and service are immaculate, attention to detail is fantastic. You will not be disappointed in any aspect.
