Both Palazzo Borghese and Adelaide Ristorante & In Salotto are recommended for visiting. If you're an Italian cuisine lover, come here. Many visitors come to order perfectly cooked spaghetti carbonara, fish and prawns. Do not leave without enjoying good parfait and tasty lemon dessert.
The wine list is diverse, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. Some clients recommend great coffee at this restaurant. The knowledgeable staff welcomes people all year round. Service at Adelaide Ristorante & In Salotto is something one can call fine. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the fair prices as users state. You will certainly like the quiet atmosphere and terrific decor. Michelin experts have visited this place, so it has received the Michelin selection award.

The restaurant is located inside Hotel Vilòn. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were warmly greeted and made to wait in the lobby/bar while the table was being prepared. The waiters make it clear from the start that the minimum order, if à la carte, is 2 dishes per person (excluding dessert). Amuse bouche, bread, grissini, olive oil were nicely served. The service is professional and discreet, but very welcoming. Eveything we ordered was well presented and delicious: Badingian - Roasted eggplant, tomato umami and Macadamia nuts (vegan), Onda anomala - Warm seafood salad, pizzaiola sauce, tarallo and bottarga, Il Vizietto - Fish of the day sandwich, harissa and endive (one of the highlights for me), La cicarella nuda - Tagliolino, mantis shrimp and black lemon powder, “Ajo Ojo” e baccalà - Gragnano spaghettone, garlic, olive oil, cod fish and shichimi togarashi and Spaghetti alla Carbonara. At the end we were served some chocolates. Tip/service charge is at the guest's discretion. The restaurant is quiet, good for couples or small groups. The hotel staff was also very polite and friendly. Adelaide was a good surprise after a day full of walking around! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Adelaide Ristorante & In Salotto recommended by Michelin. Mainly seafood dishes, with mild taste and moderate seasoning, and the cooking methods are quite creative, especially the undersea creature presentation and the whole lemon dessert.
