This restaurant had the best pasta I've ever had in my life, the Tonarelli dello Chef alla carbonara (Carbonara with Chef's tonnarelli pasta)! Atmosphere was great, and the service was wonderful. I didn't have to book a table and could walk in with so many available. If you come to Rome, try the Tonarelli dello Chef alla carbonara at Café Romano! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €60–70

Went for lunch dressed appropriately. Servers came and cleaned and moved things around while avoiding eye contact. Asked for service but none ever came. Very insulting. After twenty minutes, I left, went next door to Tartufi and had a great meal and good service. Skip this place unless you are into pretention.
