The staff is cool that's what makes this place so good. Fast service is something that guests note in their comments. I received the best omakase course served at Ajiro for ¥15,000, but it was worthless. The food was sloppy, the sashimi was fresh but not good, and the dessert was empty even though it was the end of October, which is impossible. The cleaning of the room is sloppy, the waitstaff is also sloppy, it's not worth going to (´д｀)
