Nice people but not a great place if you just want a beer - They're supposed to be a microbrewery but more of a restaurant. They charge a cover fee of ¥660 which gets you a few nibbles. But puts the price of a single beer up on their already toppy prices. Can't comment on the food as only stayed for that single beer.

Came by for some draft beer. To be direct, I was hoping for more choices. I had a goblet of a local beer and it wasn't bad, but I didn't order another one. The bartender offered me a plate of appetizers which I hadn't ordered and I assumed it was a kindness, but he charged me for it. Maybe miscommunication, I don't know. If I am in the neighborhood again, I don't expect to return. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Stumbled upon this place purely by accident while looking for food late at night as most options were closed for the night. The proprietor was more than welcoming even after seeing the massive amount of shopping bags that we had, a baby stroller and our inability to communicate in Japanese. It was late at night and it seemed like he was there by himself and it was an one man operation. Unsure about the portion size, my wife and I along with our 2 year old toddler ordered about 8 dishes as well as a beer flight. The portions are quite generous, definitely a lot bigger than tapas sizes but each single dish was some of the best version of that dish we ever tasted. Tempura mushrooms, steamed mussels, octopus pasta, fire grilled chicken we loved them all. The beers were on point as well. Do yourself a favor and if you are staying nearby, please visit this place we won’t be disappointed. I would even argue it would be even worth a trek to go out of your way to visit here to try all their delicious foods and the beers on tap. We will definitely be back when we visit Japan again.
