If your definition of a perfect meal involves heavy, deeply flavorful, and unapologetically rich meat, Al Jalab Restaurant in Riyadh (with locations on King Abdulaziz Rd and beyond) will feel like home. However, let’s be entirely transparent right off the bat: if you do not like fatty food, this is absolutely not your destination. Al Jalab does not do "light." They excel in traditional, heavy-hitting Levantine and Syrian-style BBQ and oven trays, where fat is treated as the ultimate flavor carrier rather than something to be trimmed away.
