We had roasted lamb, squid/octopus, and artichokes. The two main courses were amazing. Thought we'd get mediocre food because the view of the gorge was so great ... We were very pleased to be wrong!

The Albacara is the hotel restaurant but no less for that. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, mostly local or at least Spanish and was explained to us. The view of the gorge and bridge is, frankly, the best of all the hotels along the street so the terrace does get busy - booking is advised (email or phone).
