Report incorrect information
We've just had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever at this hotel. The starters were fine but then I received raw chicken. We complained to two of the waiters and both acknowledged it needed more cooking.
When it came to paying the bill and insisted on not paying for the chicken, we stood up to leave. Then the man turned very aggressive and physically grabbed me, pushed my father and then knocked my mother onto the floor. Then he shouted in front of the whole restaurant we were robbing the workers even though we offered a compromise.
He threatened to call the police and continuously swore at us.
As we finally just paid the bill to get out of this miserable place, he said to my mum "I hope you die at the corner."
We will try to cancel the payment but there's not much we can do. Please do not eat here!!!
We left without eating. Who needs to spend your holiday in a place like that?!
