We had a fantastic evening at Animal. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and at the same time very relaxed—you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The absolute highlight for me was the tuna tataki. It was sensational! Perfectly seared on the outside, incredibly tender on the inside, and extremely fresh. The flavors were beautifully balanced and every bite was a real delight. You can clearly tell that they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of passion into their cooking. The service was also excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. Overall, it was a dining experience we won’t forget. If you are in Jacó or Playa hermosa and looking for truly exceptional food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
