Lovely pub out in the sticks. Chanced it by trying to book in for a roast very late Saturday night but was still able to be given a table for me and the old man. Can't beat it for value for money there is a very decent roast here, been before and will be going again, lovely. Nice beers as well. Price per person: £10–20

I thought this year we would try The Apple Tree for our Christmas lunch so I booked a table for the four of us and we were not disappointed the food was really good and plenty of it my three friends were well impressed. The Apple Tree is a lovely cosy village pub.
