I'm not normally one to give low scores or even many reviews for that matter but as a person who travels quite a bit this is by far one of the worst quality IHOP establishments I have ever stepped foot into. Let me just start by saying that my waitress was a straight up sweetheart and very friendly but that food was some of the worst food. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 10pm and I hadn't eaten all day I would've just walked out. As you can see by the photos pancakes are flat and was rubbery and my hash browns were cold. Never seen a Applebee's and IHOP in the same building but if I ever see another one I will be sure to avoid it... Price per person: $20–30

Waited 45 min after my food was supposed to be ready via online, all for the bar tender to tell me they dont have pancakes anymore, but 20 min prior my food was being "bagged up", the store manager should be canned for defending this liar, also no full refund. Happy Fathers Day

We went when they were understaffed, so the rating on the lack of service should be taken with a grain of salt. However, we waited about 10 mintues before we went out of our way to find a worker and ask for a seat. Who knows how long we would've been in the waiting room if we had not sought out someone. Then the food itself could have been better, but it wasn't bad. While we did get another plate of bacon after the first was completely burnt to black, the sides of mac and cheese and "loaded" mashed potatoes were both unappitizing. The main course meals were good and the overall experience out was okay, but the initial lack of service and bad sides really hurts their score. Price per person: $20–30
