Karli was absolutely amazing and truly made our night! She was so friendly, personable, and welcoming right from the start. You can tell she genuinely enjoys connecting with her tables. She was attentive and on top of everything without ever feeling overbearing, checking in at the right times and making sure we had everything we needed. Her positive energy really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear she cares about giving great service. Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had at Applebee’s!! We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had such a great experience thanks to our waitress, Karli! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming and full of positive energy, it honestly set the tone for the whole meal. She was so patient with our group, especially serving me, my husband, and my in-laws, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. She checked in on us consistently without being overbearing, got everything right, and made us feel like valued guests the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about providing great service. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She made our dining experience that much better. We’ll definitely be back because of her!
