We had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our waitress, Ryann! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She had such a positive attitude and made us feel really welcome. Our food came out quickly, drinks were always refilled, and she checked in often without being overbearing. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Thank you, Ryann! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

In my 42 years on this earth I don’t think I’ve had service at a restaurant worse than this. We had to ask the bartender for water after we asked our server twice. Took over my hour to get anything to eat. I know Applebees isn’t a gourmet restaurant but tonight was beyond terrible. Still paid $106 for 4 people. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Our dining experience was elevated by our incredible waiter Maceo. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave spot-on recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. His professionalism combined with a warm, personable attitude made us feel so well taken care of. It’s rare to come across service this good he absolutely deserves recognition!
