I honestly mean it when I say we had the best waiter I have ever had at this Applebee's. Lamar, was the friendliest, and welcoming waiter. To be honest I never remember a waiter or waitresses name after leaving a restaurant. And I never write a review. But Lamar, made our experience a memorable one. My son is autistic/ nonverbal. He has a communication device, that will talk for him. He used his device to order his meal with Lamar. Lamar was very receptive and interested in how my son ordered. After putting our order in Lamar came back and set with my son, and asked him to show how the device worked. And then my son mentioned a song that he likes. Ocean Man, Lamar pulled the song up on his phone and they watched the video together. The entire interaction made my son's day. Usually a waitress/waiter, Will look to me to interpret for him without communicating directly to my son. That was two days ago, and I am still thinking of the smile on my son's face after his interaction with Lamar. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food was adequate there were several items that were unavailable which we werent told about until after we ordered them and they didnt come much to our douleur. The server did thier job the place was pretty quiet for a saturday evening Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
