We ordered a beef and cheddar sandwhich and it came to us raw. Husband tasted blood when he bit into it. He went in to get a replacement and they claimed it should be pink. He used to work for Arby’s so he knows that is not the case. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE: So the Manager at this Arby's called me and apologized. He offered me a few free sandwiches. I thanked him for his apology and told him I dont need free food just make sure this doesnt happened again. He assured me they would do better and He asked me to give them another chance and I agreed. For his apology I will give another star. I will try it again. I truly want them to be successful. Hopefully, what happened to me wont happen to anyone else. Original Post: Do not eat here. The roast beef sandwich was not edible. It was like a beef jerky sandwich. It was all dried out and hard and crusted. I had to throw it out. The fries were cold and old. The employees are slow as snails (or slower I wish snails worked there!) and they seem to just not care about anything. I was very very disappointed. Skip this hole and get something somewhere else.
