I'm from out-of-state. I come over to defiance to work through the week and go home on the weekends. I love eating arby's back home. So I went to this arby's, and the only reason that I gave a 2 star was because the Potato cakes were hard and old and that was supposed to be a large and as you can see in the picture I get 3 and the corner of one. The young lady at the window was very kind and nice and the gentleman I talked to over the speaker was nice. Just the fact that I got old and hard food, really upset me. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Doesn't care for quality. Cold and disgustingly messy. Took a bite and said nah im good. Waste of money Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We take immense pride in crafting hot, fresh, and neatly stacked sandwiches, so leaving you feeling like your money was completely wasted is unacceptable. There food has been very poor for a while now. Got a chicken snack wrap and the tortilla was as hard as a rock. The prices have skyrocketed yet the food isn't being freshly prepared. I know the worker felt how hard the tortilla was and still served. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
