The worst experience I’ve ever had at a panda. Rude employees especially the one pictured. Food is always mediocre at this location anyway but the way I was just told to leave after asking politely asking how much longer would the wait be is unacceptable. We were told to back out of the drive thru and that there are “other places to eat in town” you don’t get to choose where I eat also you’re losing your company money. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Consistently out of items. Last visit each of 3 meals required waiting for things leading to a 20 minute wait. Got the food home to find old overcooked greens and a missing entree in the box. This was around 5pm, so I can only imagine the greens were left over from lunch. (See picture, bright green fresh greens in the bowl) I've reached out through the Panda Express site to be contacted about it with no response to my support ticket 4 days ago. It's 30 minutes to this location from home, between that and fuel costs it wouldn't have been worth it to go back Open and check your boxes before you leave. Or have low expectations. The staff is usually friendly at least. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Where are the vegetables in the fried rice?? This happens every time I come to this location. Plus, the wait time is ridiculous! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and couldn’t get out. The flavor of the food is so bland. Please re train your mangers and employees! Defiance location gives PANDA EXPRESS a bad name!! Fort Wayne locations are phenomenal!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2
