We got there went inside to order our food. Upon doing so turned to get our sodas and the counter had ants on it. We notified one of the ladies behind the counter who seemed at first to be unpleased to have to clean up the counter from the ants (health violation?). We then witnessed an employee consistently pushing up his glasses, itching his face, nose and playing with his facial hair as well as run the cash register. He never washed or sanitized his hands before proceeding to handle food. It took us 20 minutes plus to get our food because the drive thru took precedents over the stacking up lobby. Eat at your own risk!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered a double got a single and it was cold and the fries must have been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I can't give 5 stars to a fast food restaraunt, at least none that I have been to in my lifetime. I can however say that this particular Arby's is a good as it gets in product and service. I've been here several times in the last couple of months, and I keep coming back because my food is always hot and fresh and the service is always friendly. Keep up the great work Arby's!
