Where to begin?!?!? This is by far the WORST McDonald's in Livingston Parish. There would be 0 stars but then I can't leave a review. The blatant disrespect for customers is in full effect. My family and I stopped by for a frappe for my sick aunt and was "greeted" with so much attitude. I called to speak to the manager, Dylan/Dillon, and he was absolutely useless as he admitted to standing there and witnessing the whole thing go down. The angry young lady shoved a bag at me and walked away. Well, as I said, we ordered a frappe. When she realized we were still waiting at the window she really showed her ass. When I told her she gave us the wrong order she yanked the bag out of my hand, walked away, and then yelled at me wanting to know what I ordered. I repeated the order and we were told to move to the third window. We sat there for about 5 minutes until I went in. For the 3rd time I repeated my order and was handed a melted frappe. She was most definitely trying to teach me a lesson. The lesson is, no one in my family will be returning to this location. I worked for Charlie Valluzo in the 90's while in college and I can assure you he would NEVER allow this to happen at his location. I never got the girls name all I can say is she has dark long hair, she's white, and was wearing a red shirt around 2:00 on May 22. Ask Dylan for her name. He never once tried to correct the situation. Absolutely useless. Feel free to check out all the complaints on Rants and Raves of Denham Springs and Rants and Raves of Livingston....it's all ranting no raves. Do better!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took forever to get my food out in the drive thru. Charged me an extra $1 for one slice of cheese they didn’t even give me. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1

They took the order incorrectly, a simple mistake of lemonade vs the ordered unsweetened tea. The first lady could not understand the issue and took far to long to comprehend it and "fix it" then the second pick up window employee didn't provide the "corrected drink" and just argued it wasn't ever ordered. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the incompetent employees at this location. They can't take an order correct, they can't fix an order, and they have no customer service skills. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
