Ordered two sandwiches from here first one perfectly fine the second the roast beef sandwich ended up with a moldy bottom piece of the bun. If I hadn’t turned over my sandwich it would’ve been consumed. Food: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Normally not an Arby's fan(just dont like sandwiches) but my hubby wanted to go and I figured I could have the brisket sandwich. Not sure if the woman was a shift lead or a manager but I have not had the overwhelming positive attitude from someone is food service in a long time. She was so happy and positive smiling and joking with us. I enjoyed going in and thanks to her I will definitely be back. I was having a rough day and thanks to her smile and joy I felt better. Ps the brisket sandwich was pretty good too! I think im going to get a brisket Mac n cheese next! Thank you for making my day better.
