Today's lunch that was ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and dry. Today's lunch that was received a bacon cheeseburger without any bacon. It weird to me that they would assume that if I want it plain and dry that I would order a cheeseburger with bacon and then order it without bacon. If I wanted that then I would have ordered just a cheeseburger. Also tried calling to maybe get comped or a refund but absolutely nobody was answering as I let it ring for several minutes. Food tastes alright minus missing an essential part of a bacon cheeseburger...the bacon. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Well, I guess there's a first time for everything. I've never had a problem with any Sonic Drive-In, until today. I ordered online along with two other orders from workmates - I was the gopher. When I got to the location and pulled into the kiosk, I told them the names on the orders. To which the one who responded said, "Go ahead and check in on the app." To which I responded, "I don't have the app, I ordered online." They then chose to ignore me, until I flagged one of the carhops down. After two more carhops came out to ask me the names again, I got my food. Total time, about 20 minutes. So the service wasn't so great, but the food made up for it, right? WRONG! I wanted to try their BBQ seasoned tots and was ultimately disappointed. Maybe 8 of the 25 - 30 tots had any seasoning on them, and that was barely a hint of seasoning that I really couldn't taste. Will I go back? Absolutely, their cherry limeades will keep me coming, even if their food lacks. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
