Finally, a Chain That Gets It Went to Arby's yesterday and had to give them credit—they're doing fast food right while everyone else is busy being preachy about saving turtles with paper straws that fall apart in your drink. Arby's hands you an actual plastic straw. You know, something that works. Doesn't get soggy. Just does the job it's supposed to do. Revolutionary concept, apparently. And the fries? They came in a separate bag from the rest of the order. Not covered in ketchup packs tossed in. So when I got my sandwich, the fries were still crispy and the condiments stayed where they belonged. This is what common sense looks like in the fast-food world. You take care of your food quality and packaging logistics first, then worry about virtue signaling. Arby's figured it out. If you're tired of environmental theater that makes your meal worse while accomplishing nothing, go to Arby's. They're the only ones acting like they actually want you to enjoy what you paid for. Staff were AMAZING! ABHI sure hope I spelt that right gave spectactical customer service, went above and beyond. The store was spotless and the food hot and fresh, will definitely be going there again the next time I go through Strathmore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
