I think I have finally tried pretty much every coffee shop in Springfield and The Architect is by far the best. I recommend their house latte, the architect. The breakfast croissant is also very good. I honestly haven’t tried many other menu items because I love those two things so much I get them every time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Architect Coffee was such a lovely spot to stop in for a coffee date. We ordered the Architect Dream, the Honey Coco Brew, and a slice of banana bread, and everything was delicious. The coffees were well-crafted and flavorful, with the Honey Coco Brew offering a fun twist while still letting the coffee shine through. The banana bread was a standout—super moist and perfectly balanced. It had just the right amount of banana flavor without being overpowering, making it a great pairing with our drinks. The atmosphere was inviting and had a great vibe for catching up and relaxing. Our only small complaint was that it was pretty warm inside during our visit, which made it a little less comfortable to sit and chat for an extended time than we would have liked. Overall, the quality of the coffee and food definitely made the visit worthwhile, and we'd happily come back to try more from the menu. Price per person: $1–10

Springfield I found something dangerous Stopped by Architect Coffee Co. and let me tell you right now I don’t care about coffee. Never have. But sweets? That’s a different story. I grabbed a lavender London fog and yeah, I went extra lavender. Then extra again. Then one more time just to make sure they heard me But the real star? The Oatmeal Cream Pie 3.0. Listen if you remember those Little Debbie oatmeal cream pies from 40 years ago when they actually slapped this is that memory brought back to life, but leveled all the way up. This thing is: Dense Rich Thick Loaded with cinnamon, warm spice, and straight up comfort It’s like Christmas and your childhood teamed up and made dessert. And yeah I double dipped it in my lavender London fog. No shame. No regrets. Absolute move. If you’re anywhere near Springfield, Missouri and you’ve got a sweet tooth you need to go get one of these.
