Really good sushi, with great attention to detail, in many delicious variations. We liked it so much that we tried the menu and the refrigerated counter two days in a row. We came to Chamonix in summer holiday for the first time in 20 years. After hiking, we had a nigiri sushi set and kappa rolls and others for dinner. From the perspective of a Japanese couple who have lived in Europe for 35 years, Yumidori is an one of my best impression for sushi experience in Europe, not only the beauty of the presentation, but also the freshness of the ingredients, how they were cut, how they were made, and the size balance with the rice were all authentic professional class. A tune rolls that make use of the colors of French cuisine were wonderful. Also, the vinegared cucumber and wakame seaweed was so delicious that I felt tired after walking in the mountains. Proficiency certificate of All Japan Sushi Association, It was an authentic skill. Dinning space at 1st floor is very clean. I'll definitely come back again.
