What a wonderful discovery! We were a group of 12 looking for a last-minute table on a Monday evening, and the team at Aspendos could not have been more accommodating. The restaurant itself is stunning—beautifully decorated and welcoming. The owner was extremely attentive throughout the evening, and every member of the staff looked after us with genuine warmth. We were only visiting Inverness for a few days, and their hospitality made our trip truly memorable. Cooking for a table of 12 with diverse orders is no small feat, but every single starter, drink, and main—ranging from steaks and salmon to full mixed grills—came out exactly as requested. Every dish arrived piping hot, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Not a single person in our group had a complaint. It is an absolute shame we live six hours away, or we would easily be regulars! If you are anywhere near Inverness, do not pass up the chance to dine here. Rude, obnoxious and evidently racist. It is clear the owner has a special disdain for Brown people. Disappointing given that in this country, we are both immigrants but the owner thinks he is above others. We found hair in our food. When we told the owner, his response was that this is a woman's hair and he can bring all his male staff up to confirm its not them - implying that we are lying. We tell him all the women in our party are wearing hijab and have much longer hair. However, We dont want to make a scene so we tell him not to worry about it. He walks away shaking his head and throws the hair on to the ground. Disgraceful behaviour from a fully grown man! Some people do not deserve to run hospitality businesses. Absolute disgrace. Even moreso when you realise he treats all brown people the same based on the reviews online. Pathetic excuse of a man. Nothing justifies the behaviour and there really shouldn't be any platform for rude racists like him. Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £30–40
