Amazing seafood restaurant. A favorite in Rome. The sea bass tartare is the perfect way to start your meal. The tagliatelle lobster pasta is close to one of the best dishes I have ever had. Brilliant. Great service. A must do when visiting Rome

Our experience at Micalusi was far more than just a dinner — it was a true Roman culinary emotion From the moment we arrived, everything reflected elegance, warmth, and attention to detail. The interior is beautifully designed with soft lighting and a refined atmosphere, perfect for elegant dinners, while the terrace is spacious, comfortable, and furnished with great taste. Even the smallest details stand out: perfectly prepared tables, refined glasses, delicious artisan bread, and an excellent house extra virgin olive oil. For seafood lovers, this place is paradise. The freshness is absolutely exceptional. The live lobster tank immediately sets the tone, and the fish display showcases products of remarkable quality. The crudo selection was unforgettable. The tuna tartare and the spigola tartare with avocado and lime were incredibly fresh, delicate, and perfectly balanced. The oysters and sea urchins were also outstanding and truly tasted of the Mediterranean. The spaghetti alle vongole deserve special mention — flavorful, elegant, and deeply marine, with a subtle smoky note that made the dish memorable. We also loved the wine pairing: the excellent Sant’Andrea Riflessi Bianco 2023 Circeo DOC, fresh and aromatic, perfect with seafood. A special thank you to the dining room staff for their professionalism and kindness. And of course, to Johnny, the owner and soul of the restaurant. Charismatic, attentive, and welcoming, he creates an atmosphere of trust and excellence that makes guests feel truly special. Micalusi is not just a restaurant in Rome — it is an address where authentic flavors, elegance, and hospitality come together beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional seafood experience in Rome. Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
