Owner and employees super nice, kind and helpful. The food was really good and the portions were very rich. Waiting time: the time to cook the pasta, so super fast service. Very fair cost compared to the portions. Super central place just off Piazza del Popolo. It's a shame not to stay in Rome, it would be worth going to eat there every week.
