While passing through Toulouse, I spent an excellent evening at La Couleur Du Renard, I specified when booking that I was vegetarian and I enjoyed the three-course menu, adapted for the occasion (brilliantly). The setting is very pleasant and the staff were lovely all evening, I really hope to be able to repeat the experience as soon as possible.
