French and Mediterranean cuisines are nice at this restaurant. The convenient location of Avenue makes it easy to reach by any transport. Many people visit this place to taste nicely cooked soup, eggs benedict and seafood. Great coffee, fruit juice or tea are worth a try here.

The professional staff at this spot can demonstrate how much they like their visitors. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. The terrific decor and comfortable atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. But google users rated this restaurant and it didn't earn a high rating.

We came across this 55qr Asian Night Buffet at Avenue at Pullman Hotel available only for Aug 5 and 6 and fairly once we message for a reservation they confirmed it right away. Upon coming to the hotel is nice and once we get the restaurant, the staff is quite having a hard time to look for my reservation but they manage about it. However, it’s quite off from the reception staff to say settle the payment already or atleast check the food first and settle comfortably before entering inside. The food it was just okay but still lacks a lot of options especially with the drinks which is only water and no other options like juice or atleast coffee or tea. There are some dishes which have small amounts of meat but lots of veggies in the dish which is quite a down for such an Accor brand hotel chain. Only like some Filipino and Indian food are served for this night and not much diversed asian dishes are presented. The bread doesn’t have any warmer also which is so cold to eat and atleeast give a side of butter or jam too. Hope the restaurant may improve to these areas. ‎Shamful Anniversary Celebration ‎Last night, we tried to celebrate your hotel anniversary with you, based on your advertised promotion. However, the experience was disappointing from the start. ‎First shock, you asked guests to pay at the entrance, as if we were in a mall food court. When we asked why, the answer was that our guests should leave without paying. This clearly reflects the quality of your guest handling. ‎Second shock: The salad bar was unacceptable, six “bowls” of randomly chopped vegetables, with no real selection or consistency. ‎Last but not least: The biggest disaster was the food both in variety and quality. It literally looked like “prison food.” Even your drinks were served in plastic cups. ‎Top management’s response: The top management said it was a low-budget buffet with a low price, meant for a marketing campaign, and that you were feeding around 600 people. ‎But is that how you treat your guests during an anniversary celebration? ‎This should be investigated: The Ministry of Tourism and the customer protection department should be involved due to this chaos and what appears to be a misleading promotional campaign. ‎If you were running behind budget or forecasts, you shouldn’t have made it worse. As a marketing campaign, this was a complete failure, and it has resulted in a large number of complaints. ‎I was considering your hotel for future major events for my business, but I will never think of using your services again. I will also not recommend your hotel to anyone. ‎This is a serious embarrassment to your brand, to the management, and to the hotel owner. There is also clearly a lack of service, lack of training, lack of communication, and lack of problem resolution. No one could offer even a decent highball glass only plastic cups were available. ‎Seriously shameful: It was a complete chaos and you showed your “dark side.” ‎The saddest part was watching the children’s faces how disappointed they were, because there was basically nothing for them to eat: not even French fries, chicken nuggets, or even a piece of cake. ‎So, anyone reading this: do yourself a favor don’t consider this place.
