Right after seeing World of Hat Museum, come for a meal. This restaurant serves Fusion cuisine. Offering nicely cooked salmon, tartare and pate is the unique characteristic of B7, restorāns. Many visitors come to try good tiramisu.

The wine list is extensive, it can satisfy the needs of all clients. This place is recommended for the appealing staff. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices are found average here. The calm atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. Michelin inspectors have visited this spot, so it has got the Michelin selection award.

We chose B7 because of its inclusion in the Michelin Guide and unfortunately left very disappointed with the service. We waited around 10–15 minutes before anyone came to take our order, despite other tables being attended to. In such an intimate restaurant, it was very noticeable. Eventually, I had to get up and go to the reception area to ask someone to take our order. Throughout the meal, nobody checked how the food was and our water was never refilled, while we could clearly see the same server regularly checking on and refilling water for other tables. What made the experience even more surprising was that the service was being handled by the owners themselves, including the head chef. The food itself was decent, which is why this is not a one-star review, but the service made the overall experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable. I shared this feedback directly with the owner when we asked for the bill, as hospitality and attentiveness are an important part of the dining experience, particularly for a restaurant included in the Michelin Guide. We completely appreciate that service styles and cultural norms differ from country to country, but compared with the other Michelin Guide restaurants we visited in Latvia and Lithuania, this was unfortunately by far our most disappointing experience.
