For the last 8 years minimum Portofino is the constant quality-mark and my favorite restaurant in Riga. Rich food menu and winelist, always top-quality of the food and service, seasonal specialities and regular “catch of the day”, like oysters or fish etc. Summer-terrace also contributes a lot. Highly recommended, although not that cheap. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50+
