We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. Every dish we ordered was simply perfect. The Guancia di Manzo — braised beef cheek with pak choi and mashed potatoes — was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The Galletto di Vallespluga, grilled chicken with honey mustard, was beautifully prepared and delicious. The Paccheri with braised Black Angus beef and zucchini flower chips was outstanding, while the Plin, filled pasta with Bolognese sauce, a lemon-thyme butter emulsion, and rich meat jus, was truly exceptional. Every dish was beautifully balanced, flavorful, and perfectly executed. To make the experience even better, the service was extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everything was absolutely perfect — we would gladly come back and highly recommend this restaurant!
