Broccoli was cold and had leaves in them. Potato was not hot either, wouldn’t melt the butter. Cookie was not done. Roast was hard. Husband liked his hamburger and fries. Sweet tea was good Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Frankie was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, upbeat, and happy to help! I got the 3 course meal with the prime rib, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes! With the biscoff pizookie! It was my first time at BJs and will definitely be back! Also the garlic shrimp and bread appetizer was delicious! Thank you Frankie for making my whole experience! Update 3rd time coming here: the first time must have been a fluke because it was 5/5. The second time was 1/5 and the third time sealed the deal for my wife and I to put this on the ban list. Prime rib special is one step up from grey slow cooked dog. Ruined two Saturday meals hoping for the first experience again. Take this as a warning - don’t bother! We had an amazing dining experience at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. The prime rib special and chicken parm pasta were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were rich, and the chef's presentation was top-notch. We finished our meal with a delightful pizookie, which was a perfect ending to a great meal. The food quality here is consistently excellent with amazing flavors. However, the To-Go packaging was a disappointment. The flimsy, cheap plastic containers did not stay shut, which caused a mess. It's an area that definitely needs improvement. Overall, we enjoyed the dine-in experience and the food, but the packaging for takeout needs serious work.
