Visitors don't like rotisserie chicken at this club. BJ's Wholesale Club is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most reviewers point out that the dishes are offered for democratic prices. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I do love this store but DO BETTER FOR THE EMPLOYEES. WHY DO YOU ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON DOING CURBSIDE AND IN STORE PICKUPS SOLo? ON THE WEEKENDS, THE BUSIEST DAYS OF THE WEEK!!! That's a disgrace and failure of management. Fix this. And don't you dare blame the employees. It is unacceptable to understaff.

I like going to this location instead of henrietta because it’s closer to me and able to get cheap gas on my commute. Save a lot of money buying in bulk too!

I went to a self-serve checkout, the receipt printed but was illegible. I informed the clerk, she cleaned it and reprinted it, but it was still not legible. I spoke with someone who had a team leader badge on, they said they're going to put in a call to get it fixed but he didn't seem too interested in closing that checkout until the receipt printer gets fixed. I bought a small appliance and need the receipt to register the product, I am just not sure if the illegible receipt is good enough.
