Stopped by on a Sunday morning and it was not busy with easy parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a large menu with house-made seasonal syrups. The brown sugar maple latte was sweet and smooth. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
