My son is getting married today in Raleigh and many months ago I had the idea to serve make your own sundaes at the rehearsal dinner. We loved Kilwins on a Naples vacation so I contacted the Raleigh Kilwins’ manager, Bobby Strait, about my idea. He worked with me to organize a smooth way to work out our idea. Last night we picked up the ice cream, Bobby had everything ready to go, and it was the perfect amount complete with bowls, spoons and napkins. Our guests loved the ice cream and I can’t thank Bobby enough for making this happen. We’re from Cleveland so everything was planned via email. I appreciate how smooth everything went and of course, the ice cream was delicious. Thank you!!

By now a nationwide chain, this location at of kilwins has all the variety of desserts and chocolates that you could come to expect. It's almost paralyzing what to choose! The smells and the service are both exquisite. We decided to grab a milkshake, and it doesn't seem to be their strong Suite. The flavor was bland and lacks the heavy creaminess that a milkshake needs to have. When Cookout delivers milkshakes that are twice as good at half the price, you got to reevaluate...

Hi Brett, we’re sorry to hear about the issue you described. We’re glad you enjoyed the variety, aromas, and service, and we appreciate the feedback about the milkshake. We’ll review our recipe and preparation to make sure it’s richer and more flavorful. We hope you’ll visit again so we can provide a better shake experience.Warm regards,The Kilwins Care Team
