My food took over 30 minutes so I was excited because I said we’re getting fresh food, well I didn’t. My burger was dry and cold so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt. I had a piece of a lettuce and the butt of a tomato it was terrible. I also ordered sweet potato fries. They were overcooked and guess what they were cold. The only thing good was the chicken tenders. They were fresh and the sweet tea. It was delicious. Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Chicken Tenders, Veggiefi Burger

Stopped in for a quick weeknight dinner and it was very tasty and ready pretty quickly. Price seemed slightly high $6.50 for this side of fries pictured, and I didn’t love that sauce but the burger was incredible. Restaurant was clean, had a BIG fan, and the nice patio seating was pet friendly. You can refill your own drink as many times as you like. Lettuce wrapped burger looked amazing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes impossible burger available Dietary restrictions: Lettuce bun available wrapped really nicely

Just, yikes... This location needs a lot of help. We went the other night and they were out of a bunch of stuff. No sweet tea, no pickles, no sweet potato fries. Sure, fine, but the problem is that you have to order on a kiosk instead of with a person and the kiosk isn't updated with everything they are out of. The family in front of us could not get their payment to go through and they finally got a person to help them and it was revealed that they were out of pickles and because they had pickles in their order, the entire thing simply wouldn't process. So they had to go edit each order to remove the pickles and then it worked. And their kiosk does NOT match the menu that is on the wall. And it's a digital menu and had their newest specials so it's not simply outdated. But the menu board said mushrooms on the burger were $0.99 but then when you actually try to add them to your order on the kiosk, they are $2.19. My wife needed a gluten free bun and it's on the menu but NOT in the kiosk so we had to find someone and then were instructed to order it as a lettuce wrap and then tell them in person after and they would tell the cook to put it on a GF bun... That worked out but was too many steps, delays, and frustrations. Finally, they ran out of sweet potato fries after the order was put in so simply brought us onion rings. It was nice of them to try a sub but neither of us likes onions so we had to go back to the counter for a refund on the fries. The food itself was fine, though a little pricey, but took foreverrrrr to arrive and the place wasn't even very crowded. We might try BurgerFi again somewhere else but we're definitely not coming back to this location.
