Wanted to support our local businesses So I walked to the Bagel factory to pick up few bagels for my kids, staff were rude (not a big deal) but most importantly the bagels were old and chewy, my 9 year old literally couldn't eat it, I tried one myself and was the worst bagel I have ever had, bagels were defiantly a day or 2 old, I hate to say this but will never go back unless they start selling only fresh bagels only
