The donuts and other pastries are by far some of the best. My only and frequent complaint is the customer service. On my last visit the women that I never want to get was the one who took order. She was rude as though I was bothering her by placing an order. I simply wanted to surprise a friend with donuts and requested two different bags. She told me no, put them in box. I said, please it is for two different people. She finally relented but, it was eye rolling, impatience, and the way she spoke to me. I said" I apologize for bothering you She said " I should know what I want before coming and that many donuts,6 total 3 in each bag, and 2 cinnamon rolls 1 in each bag with donuts. O and I was the customer and paid for items. Each time I have gone I have encountered such rudeness except for the 2 young lady's that I feel are not related to the owners of establishment were kind. So today as I bit into my donut, which tasted great, is the donut worth me being made to feel bad for daring to be a customer. After a bite of cinnamon roll, which also was great. No And I see how they treat some of there customers and I am certain if I told them I was not coming back for their yummy donuts they would say probably we don't care if you are a customer if you have bought several dozen a month to take to work, or I have showed up multiple times of the day only for them to be closed, or I have tried calling during business hours and get a generic recording so have to drive there to see if open. My goal isn't treat everyone with kindnes so no I deserve to be treated better and will seek yummy donuts some place where I am treated better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
