Very good little resturant, limited menu but varied items. We ate dînner in the evening the food was tasty and the quantity just right. The service was quick the staff polite and friendly. We chose the sweetbreads which were poorly prepared: they had been poorly peeled: the skin which enveloped them had not been removed nor the small vessels which was very unpleasant in the mouth, rubbery and also poorly cooked, half of the portion, already very modest for 22 euros, ended up on the edge of our plates and the same for the couple who were having lunch at the neighboring table. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the 2 young waiters who communicated to the kitchen, but we would have appreciated if the chef came to the dining room. Out of disappointment, we left BAM without having dessert. Positive point, our 2 glasses of wine were offered to us.
